    1/2C FF Half & Half
    3 Laughing Cow Light Swiss Wedges
    1/2 tbl light butter
    1 pinch garlic

    Directions:
    Throw everthing in a small saucepan and stir until melted and creamy, about 10 min.

    Makes 1-2 servings depending on how much you like. Good with a bag of spinach or broccoli or pasta.
