fresh shrimp and scallops on the grill

  I am looking for ideas and info on how to prepare a pound of fresh shrimp and a pound of fresh scallops on the grill. I have never cooked either on the grill and actually have never cooked scallops. I am afraid of under or over cooking them and our taste buds are driving us nuts! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
