My Last Appetizer

    Well, this one is tougher than I thought! I guess I would have to start with some really great garlic bread with cheese, and some Bruschetta made with fresh heirloom tomatoes, good olive oil, fresh basil, & a ton of garlic..
    served with a very, very good medium-bodied Italian red wine...
    I'm still working on the next course. Trust me, things get more complicated from here :) :)

Gonna have to be (believe it or not!) homemade Outback Bush Bread with some of DeLuca's and some of Harbour House's Potted Cheeses. Which means, I will finally get to taste them side-by-side and discover which I prefer.... Bottle of well-chilled wine on the side, maybe some 80-shilling ale on the other side.
