Trying To Lose Baby Weight

  Hello All,
  
  Well I am a proud new mom of a almost 4 month old little boy, and before I found out I was pregnant I weighed 175lbs. Today I weigh about 150lbs, and I would like to reach my goal weight of 145 and this last 5 lbs is not budging. If anyone has any idea's on quick healthy snacks I would really appreciate it. (My sin is sweet foods!)
