  Well I guess I will start off this group about what I know best, Chocolate. Sustainable Farming is something that is becoming huge in the chocolate world. We have companies and organisations dedicated to to keeping the Cacao tree alive and well. This task is taken on greatly by the Organic Industry but also a few key players in the regular chocolate world as well...I think they are doing a great job and I think we are going to have great chocolate for a while as long as people keep shooting for the goal of sustainability....
