Chocolate Mousse

    One of my all time favourites:

    2 Avocados - Ripe
    1/2 cup coco powder
    1/4 cup maples syrup
    1/4 cup rapadura cane sugar
    tiny pinch of pink salt
    pinch of vanilla
    pinch of cinnamon

    Whip up in the food processor til smooth - serve with strawberries
    Keeps in fridge for 3 days

    I'd never think to put avocados in chocolate mousse!! But now that I think of it, the avocado's subtle flavor and creamy texture would do great in a mousse! That sounds delish, and so EASY~ I gotta try that.
