Portuguese Chicken Stew

  1 Whole Chicken cut up
  a few potatoes cut for stew
  1/2 Bell pepper chopped
  2 Carrots or more cut up
  1 Large onion thinly sliced
  1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  1/4 of A head of cabbage or more cut up
  1 Can tomato sauce + 1 can water + 1/2 cup white wine
  1 Stick of chowrice sliced
  
  Cover with foil cook at 350 for 1 hour.
