    I'm on a strict healing diet and keep looking for recipes that don't have : nightshade vegetables, dairy, flour, processed foods, and include sea vegetables, whole grains, beans and are virtually fat-free. When I get the hang of this I'm hoping to have recipes to share myself, because some of my trials are downright delicious, but so far I'm really just winging, so have no records of what works really well and what was just a happy accident.
