		<title>Carnegie Deli Cheese Cake</title>
		<description>The recipe appears on the Carnegi Deli web page and all over the Net
 
So I researched blogs to see if people made this. Yes it's very good but not like the kind you eat at the deli. I have had the experience to eat there on several occasions on my trip to NYC. and try the cheesecake
 From what poster on blogs write, Todd Wilburs secret recipe comes much closer to the original recipe than that on their web page!

By the way, the cheese cake they serve you is giagantic, about 4 inches high , creamy, not overly sweet but dense and just wonderful
The recipe  posted below produces an average size and delcious cheesecake. So  here is the recipe for your perusal. Look up Todd Wilburs recipe also.

This does not have  the NY style cream cheese  texture- however   it's  light textured,  sweet,  pink, pretty  and most  luscious for a low fat cheesecake!
 Farmers cheese  is a  white fresh cheese  that has  texture similar to cottage cheese., normally low in fat- sometimes called pot cheese and is used in many  European  based recipes for cheese pies, blintzes, cheese fillings etc. I hope you like my recipe as much as we do!</description>

		<description>Made these for a family party along with other desserts. Try to find the smallest plastic glasses you can ( I think these were about 4 or 5 oz- don't have to fill all the way.
These can be made overnight and held in a cold place till party time, garmish with whipped cream and cookies just before serving
