In Italy, tuna on pizza is quite the norm – I know that is not the case here. So, in an effort to help to broaden horizons on the food front, I am going to teach you how to make one of my favorite pizza recipes: a tuna pizza. Have an open mind and you will be delighted.

Wonton Soup

Once you make this you will adjust this to your own recipe. I got to tell you. My fiancé and I made this one night with home made egg rolls with sweet and sour chicken he makes and for dessert we had so many left over wonton wrappers left over I added pineapple filling and cheesecake and deep fried it. This was LONG before fried cheese cake was around. OMG was it amazing. And the soup was incredible fresh tasting. I do recommend you don’t keep the wonton sitting in the soup, mine fell apart. Either way it was delicious. I love Bok Choy. Word of advice you need to make homemade egg rolls at least once in your life never had anything so delicious ever. I was making them so often 15 years ago that what ever was left over was going into the egg roll including leftover taco mix, now talk about yummy and cheesy but not authentic! It Is a fun meal to make.
Don’t be alarmed by the ingredients in this. It goes together quickly. I think I even used ground turkey in my recipe. This seems detailed. Oh so good.
