Potato Bacon Amp Corn Chowder

What usually starts out as my normal potato soup, it eventually turns into this. My husband loves to cook right along side of me, and you never know what he's going to throw in the pot. Thankfully it always turns out sooooo good:o)

Cheesecake

This is one of my hubby's favorites. I've used this recipe so many times the card is hard to read. I don't recall where I got it, but glad I did. We like this either plain or with strawberries and their juices poured over it.

Corned Beef Cabbage And Potatoes Oven Slowed Cooked

This is slow cooked in the oven for 8-9 hours. I'm not a big fan of Corned Beef & Cabbage but I really like this. My husband got this oven slow cooked recipe from a guy at his work. And he says this is the only way he cooks it. I must agree, the meat is so juicy and fall off the fork tender.

Meatloaf In A Muffin Tin

These make wonderful individual meat loaves. I used to make meat loaf the traditional way, but after seeing them in Kraft's Food & Family magazine I gave it a try. Now this is how I usually bake them. Even though they had a variety ways to make it, I use the same recipe my mom would make when I was growing up.

Chocolate Caramel Martini For Two Dessert

This was just in our morning paper, and written by Keith Saunders, a bartender in Anchorage. I agree with him as this being a great Valentine Drink Recipe
I haven't tried it yet, the hubby is out of town on business till Saturday. Not a good idea to get too loupie while taking care of the household.
