Leeks With Onions Shallots And Sausage

Not sure where I got this one from, it is hand written so more then likely from a friend. If you like leeks, I think you might like this one. It can be an appetizer, but I like it with some crusty bread and salad for a nice dinner.

Beef Beehives

Now this one I haven't tried yet. I have no clue where it came from, but it is in my Dad's handwriting. It is really different sounding and I am going to have to make it one day soon!

Western Burgers

Another recipe from an old Newspaper. This one was from the Jersey Journal, I want to say back in the mid 70's. How many you get depends on how thick you make them. The recipe did not include how to cook them. I cook them on the stove top, grill or broiler. I personally don't like a lot of salt so I cut the salt to 2 Teaspoons. There is a lot of salt from the chips so I didn't see the need to have so much.

Beef And Pepper Loaf

This recipe was one my Dad had from NJ newspaper. Not sure which one though. The servings are a guess as the recipe is about 20 years old and they didn't put it in the paper.

Beef Brewat Rolls

One of the perks working at Disney is going to the parks and enjoying them, over and over again. A bunch of us went to dinner at EPCOT tonight and I had to hunt down this recipe. We loved it!! Not sure of the servings and taking a guess at cooking time, as it didn't state it in the recipe.

It is from the restaurant Marrakesh

Chick Peas And Sausage With Rice

I got this recipe from the Goya website, but played with it a little bit to suit my taste. It can be a side dish or a main dish. The serving size is a guess.

Carrot Souffle

Ok, now this is a strange one. Well at least it was to me. I love carrots and fell in love with this the first time I tried it. I had this at a friends house and just got the recipe from her. It is kind of sort of like Sweet Potato Soufflé except using carrots.

Thanks Linda!!

Maple BBQ Sauce

This is great on chicken, turkey and pork. I have used it a lot with turkey legs and skinless chicken. There really are no servings, but you have to put something in there. It makes about 4 cups. Oh and feel free to add more garlic if you are like me and love garlic.

Hamburger Buns

Another old recipe that I love. Nothing better then fresh hamburger buns with burgers or chicken. They have a slightly sweet flavor due to the honey. They are very simple to make and can be thrown together and baked in under an hour.

English Muffin Bread

I was going through some old recipes and found this one I haven't made in years. The serving size is a guess as it all depends on how thick you slice it. It is great toasted with just butter on it! It makes two loaves.
