Awesome Butternut Squash Soup

Delicious and very easy to make. You can use 3 to 4 cups of chicken broth instead of the water and bouillon cubes. Also works well with half as much cream cheese if you don't want it too rich

Versatile Bernaise Sauce

I bought a n expensive little jar of imported Bernaise sauce which could be served cold or warmed. So I adapted several recipes and came up with the following which I served over grilled Porterhouse steak plus a nice sauce over cooked veges

I adapted the flavor to my liking and the guar gum thickened the sauce and prevented separation when cold keeping it creamy and smooth!

I am very proud of the sauce and how well it came out !!!

Aioli Blender Recipe

Probably the most famous garlic sauce of all is Aioli, the golden garlic mayonnaise of Provence. So celebrated is this versatile French sauce that certain days are set aside in many villages for feasts that last from noon until after sundown as platters of vegetables, fish, hard-cooked eggs and bread are carried in for dipping up the smooth, garlicky delight.
Aioli packs a powerful punch, and makes a perfect partner to all manner of things, apart from vampires, that is!
