Here's a recipe for "Grape Jelly Meatballs' that comes from Judy Clemens Smucker who is a member of the Indian Valley Ladies of Harley... lol Judy is truly a HOG! For you young bucks out there in Cyberville, these were all the rage back in the day!

Chile Pepper Chili Sauce Hot Chops

Serve with foodie friend pleclare's Boston Baked Beans (I am a fan) and corn and potato fritters.
Since we are trying to spend
a bit more time being choosy at the store, (thanks to lana)I have made it a mission to grab less expensive cuts of meat from the store and try to make something really tasty and appealing from them.
These were four pork chops, bone-in, and were about $2.75 altogether.
They were slightly thin, and a little bit fatty, but my idea was to make them as tasty as I could and cook the minimum amount of time on the barbie.
HOT CHOP!

Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

A sweet chili sauce for grilled Thai foods! I love to make my own condiments, and I find this to be much better than what I can get in the stores-- must be the lack of preservatives. In the event that you do not have access to the Thai chiles, Serrano Chiles can be substituted. If ya like spicy... here ya go!

Light Turkey And Broccoli Meatloaf

This was a surprisingly light-tasting meatloaf. The chili sauce gave it a slight tangy taste that added just the right kick. From the Premium Saltines box.

EuroPasta Salad

A Mediterranean-inspired rendition of pasta salad, this is beautiful with bow-tie pasta, roasted red peppers, olives and artichokes. A dressing blend of Dijon and mayonnaise completes the flavour sensation.
