The Queens Mashed Potatoes

My mom made these once when I was a wee sprite and I never forgot them. You'll never make ordinary mashers again! My family inhales them, regardless of what else is on the table! In the rare event that you do have leftovers, they make excellent potato patties in the morning with your eggs & ham. Put small spoonsful on hot frying pan & flatten a bit, cook till browned, flip and repeat. Serve with your eggs & meat and you'll be licking your chops all day. Verrry satisfying!

Tuscan Wine Biscotti Ciambelle Al Vino

These classic Italian biscotti or wine biscuits have a doughnut shape (ciambelle) and use extra virgin olive oil instead of butter and red wine for flavouring. You can make the savoury version, just skip sugar and add a little more salt. The ciambelle al vino are popular in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio (Rome).

Spain Italy France And A Spoon

This dessert is ideal to serve if you are having a large gathering. It sets in the dish or glass you serve it in and it can be prepared well ahead of time. It can be made for minimal guests as well, although due to the 3 different components it may be a bit cumbersome. Of course you could just serve more to your minimal guests in order to make it worth the effort, but it is rich rich rich. From Chef's Pencil

3 Layers Chocolate Ganache Cake

As you can notice this is a hard work cake, however you can make the chocolate cake one day ahead as it will be easier in splitting. The caramelized hazelnuts’ taste was unbelievable with the chocolate filling and you can also make it one day ahead and put it in an airtight container. Enjoy cutting, splitting, spreading and glazing in this cake!!
wait for the step by step pic.
