		<title>Tempeh Stew</title>
<description>Tempeh is one of my favourite meat substitutes, especially for heartier meals or as a comfort food. In this stew, the tempeh absorbs all the wonderful flavours from a full-bodied red wine resulting in a satisfying dish.

<title>Blt Bacon Leek And Tomato Salad</title>
<description>My husband just watched this recipe being made this weekend and absolutely had to try it! He was spot on about this crazy twist on the classic BLT. A tangy, zesty, filling, main-course salad that you won't be sorry you tried. This recipe is extremely easy to make and the ingredients are fresh and come together superbly!

		<title>Florida Stone Crab De Polenta</title>
<description>When in Season, Florida Stone Crab Claws are a delicacy that supersedes Lobster for many people. I first had a dish similar to this at a restaurant in Key West. They included Hot Drawn Butter as an option for dipping. For my taste, a swipe of the claw in the creamy tomato sauce was so good, I never touched the butter. It does though, make for a nice presentation if you are so inclined. The Tomato Reduction, spiked by a hint of mustard, also picks up a nice whiff of Crab from the sauté liquid which seems to tie the dish together nicely. It may seem a little long and drawn out at first but once you gather all your ingredients, it’s not as complicated as it sounds. Roasted Asparagus would make a great side for this dish. Hope you enjoy.

		<title>Baked Stuffed Eggplant</title>
<description>This is one of my favorite dishes. There are many variations of this dish throughout the Middle East. This is the version our Family uses. The stuffed eggplants freeze very well. During the height of eggplant season we will do 40 or 50 of them at a time. We also will make up large amounts of the sauce and freeze it separately. In most Lebanese recipes, you can subtitute beef for lamb (we have also used chicken) and Olive Oil for clarified butter.</description>
