Muscadine Jelly

This is the recipe I use when I can muscadine jelly. I havent canned in a few years but plan on getting back to my canning this year. The common Muscadine Grape, grows wild throughout the southeast United States, from Louisiana and Arkansas to the Atlantic. Muscadines are terrific climbers and reach up high into trees, cover brush and run along fences, growing up to 50 feet per year. The grapes themselves form in small bunches. Serve this with homemade biscuits or toast.. Hmmm, its just the best jelly!
