		<title>Chinese Skewered Chicken</title>
		<description>I make these along with the Chinese Beef Skewers. They are very similar, again not dripping with sauce, and are best when broiled in the oven (though I have tried them on the outdoor grill too...) They take only 30 minutes to marinate, and require 36 bamboo skewers that have been soaked for at least 30 minutes.  ORIGINALLY FROM:  Betty Crocker's Chinese Cookbook (1981).</description>
