Chicken Veronique

If you do this recipe do not get the Sauternes get the sauterne the difference is the Sauternes is from that region in France and the sauterne is made in America. Well that and 1/10 the cost, now I would never say that French wine is overpriced and not to be compared with US, Australian, other European or South American wines. Ok I will say that French wine is overpriced and not any better than any of the other wines. However you don't have to worry about the other wines running away when the cork pops. Yah that was a cheap shot sorry. Actually part of my family escaped from France in 1648 (It was an unhealthy time for French Huguenots). Now my Grandfather did return to France for about 2 years (1918) and my Father went back for a couple of years (1944) but according to the French there was never a need for them to show up. Hope you enjoy this one.
