• 1 1/4 c white sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 c cornflakes cereal
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 egg whites
• 2 1/2 c flaked coconut

• Step #1 Preheat oven to 325F degrees F (170 degrees C).
• Step #2 Beat egg whites until stiff (the egg whites not your arm).
• Step #3 Stir in sugar, salt & vanilla.
• Step #4 Blend coconut & cornflakes & add to egg white mixture.
• Step #5 Drop on ungreased parchment paper.
• Step #6 Bake for 15-18 mins.
