Chicken Catch A Cola Recipe

Step #1 Combine the bread crumbs, paprika, salt, & pepper in a plastic bag.
Step #2 Place chicken breasts in the bag, & shake to coat.
Step #3 Melt butter in a large skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #4 Add chicken breasts, & cook for 4 mins on each side, or until brown.
Step #5 Remove chicken to a plate, & keep warm.
Step #6 Pour the cola into the skillet, & stir this to remove any browned chicken bits from the pan.
Step #7 Add ham, mushrooms, sherry, & balsamic vinegar.
Step #8 Reduce heat to medium-low, & let simmer, uncovered, until the liquid has reduced by 1/2.
Step #9 Stir sour cream into the skillet, & return chicken breasts to the pan.
Step #10 Cover, or until chicken is no longer pink, & let simmer for 5 more mins, or the internal temperature is 170 degrees F (75 degrees C).
Step #11 Remove chicken to serving plates, & spoon sauce over.
