Ingredients
2 tbsps all-purpose flour
2 c frozen green peas, thawed
2/3 c water
1 tbsp white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsps butter
1/3 c heavy cream
Directions
Step #1 In a medium saucepan, mix peas, water, & salt.
Step #2 Bring to a boil, then stir in the butter.
Step #3 In a small bowl, flour, whisk together cream, & sugar.
Step #4 Stir mixture into peas.
Step #5 Cook over medium-high heat until thick & bubbly, about 5 mins.
