Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
  • 2 c frozen green peas, thawed
  • 2/3 c water
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • 1/3 c heavy cream

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan, mix peas, water, & salt.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil, then stir in the butter.
  • Step #3 In a small bowl, flour, whisk together cream, & sugar.
  • Step #4 Stir mixture into peas.
  • Step #5 Cook over medium-high heat until thick & bubbly, about 5 mins.
