- 2 c frozen green peas, thawed
- 2/3 c water
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsps butter
- 1/3 c heavy cream
Directions
- Step #1 In a medium saucepan, mix peas, water, & salt.
- Step #2 Bring to a boil, then stir in the butter.
- Step #3 In a small bowl, flour, whisk together cream, & sugar.
- Step #4 Stir mixture into peas.
- Step #5 Cook over medium-high heat until thick & bubbly, about 5 mins.
