Step #1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Step #2 Add pasta, & cook for 8 to 10 mins or until al dente; drain.
Step #3 In a medium bowl, salt, cooked pasta, celery, grapes, mix chicken, & white pepper; mix well & reserve.
Step #4 In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, rice vinegar, cumin, curry powder, & sugar; whisk ingredients together & toss with chicken mixture.
Step #5 Cover salad with plastic wrap & put in the fridge for at least 2 to 4 hrs before serving.
