Cowboy Stewi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (15 oz) cans whole green beans
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (28 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can canned red beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 (15.25 oz) cans whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown the ground beef in a skillet over med-heat/flame until no longer pink.
  • Step #2 Drain off any excess grease.
  • Step #3 In a stock pot or Dutch oven, corn, mix the ground beef, red beans, green beans, tomatoes, & onion.
  • Step #4 Spice up with oregano, cayenne pepper, & salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #5 Cover & let simmer for at least 50 mins over medium to low heat.
  • Step #6 The longer it cooks, the better it gets!.
