Chocolate Rum Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 c sliced walnuts
  • 3 tbsps light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c rum
  • 3 1/4 c crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, cocoa, 3/4 c confectioners' sugar, stir this together the crushed vanilla wafers, & nuts.
  • Step #2 Blend in corn syrup & rum.
  • Step #3 Shape into 1 inch balls, & roll in extra confectioners' sugar.
  • Step #4 Store in an airtight container for several days to develop the flavor.
  • Step #5 Roll again in confectioners' sugar before serving.
