Chocolate Toffee Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package devil's food cake mix
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c coarsely sliced chocolate-covered toffee candy bars
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, oil, mix the cake mix, & eggs Beat with an electric beater for 3 to 4 mins, until well mixed.
  • Step #3 With a spoon, stir in the the sliced candy.
  • Step #4 Drop by tspfuls 2 inches apart on to cookie sheets that have been coated with nonstick baking spray.
  • Step #5 Bake for 9 to 11 mins, or until the cookies are firm.
  • Step #6 Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
