Cuban Goulash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 1 lb boneless pork roast, cubed
  • 1 lb onions, sliced
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt & ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 oz) can sliced tomatoes with juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the oil in a large skillet over med-heat/flame, & brown the pork on all sides.
  • Step #2 Mix in the onions, & cook & stir until tender.
  • Step #3 Mix the bananas & tomatoes with juice into the skillet.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil, & let simmer 30 mins, reduce heat to medium low, stirring every once in awhile, until pork is very tender.
  • Step #5 Spice up with cayenne pepper, salt, & pepper.
