Ingredients
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 2 tbsps curry powder
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Add asparagus, & cook for about 7 mins, until bright green.
  • Step #3 Remove to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  • Step #4 Drain & set aside.
  • Step #5 In a medium bowl, stir this together the mayonnaise, sour cream & curry powder.
  • Step #6 Transfer to a nice serving dish, & serve this with chilled asparagus.
  • Step #7 .
