Cranberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz) package lemon flavored gelatin mix
1/2 c sliced walnuts
1 c sliced celery
1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 c boiling water
1/2 c white sugar

Directions

Step #1 Chop cranberries, celery, & walnuts lightly in a food processor/blender.
Step #2 Mix gelatin, water, & sugar.
Step #3 Combine cranberry mixture, gelatin mixture, & pineapple (with juice) & mix thoroughly.
Step #4 Pour into mold & put in the fridge to set.
Step #5 Serve on leaf of lettuce with a dollop of mayonnaise.
