Step #1
In a large skillet, mix the corn kernels & jalapeno peppers.
Step #2 Cook & stir for 10 mins, until the jalapenos are soft.
Step #3 In a saucepan over high heat, lime juice, green onions, green bell peppers, mix the corn & jalapeno mixture with the tomatillos, water & coriander.
Step #4 Cover & bring to a boil.
Step #5 Reduce heat to low & let simmer 5 mins, stirring once.
Step #6 Remove from heat.
Step #7 Cool for 10 mins.
Step #8 Stir in the cilantro.
Step #9 Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator.
