Cream Of Tomato (tofu) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (14 oz) package soft tofu
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • salt to taste
  • 4 c tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute tomatoes & onion in olive oil until onions are clear.
  • Step #2 Blend the canned soup & tofu in a mixer, then add this mixed mixture to the sauteed onions & tomatoes.
  • Step #3 Warm through & add water as needed.
  • Step #4 Add salt & pepper to taste, & top this with sliced fresh basil.
