Sausage, Cheese, And Chile Casserole Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, at about room temp .
  • 1 (7 oz) can rotel (tomatoes & chilies) .
  • 1/4 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 3/4 lb bulk pork sausage

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large fry pan, cook the sausage over med-heat/flame, breaking up with a fork, until no longer pink; drain on paper towels.
  • Step #2 In a mixing bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, & tomatoes w/ chiles; stir this to mix well.
  • Step #3 Transfer mixture to a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with cheese.
  • Step #5 Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 mins or until cheese has melted.
