Easy Starter(and Healthy) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pita bread .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves .
  • 3 medium firm tomatoes .
  • 2 green peppers .
  • paprika .
  • 8 olives .
  • 1/2 sliced onion .
  • 2 tbsps tahini .
  • 2 tbsps parsley, sliced .
  • 1 c tinned chickpeas

Directions
  • Step #1 mix first 6 ingredients in mixer-put into bowl-add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #2 Slice tomatoes & peppers into rounds(the pepper rounds shouild be bigger than the tomatoes.
  • Step #3 Place peppers around outside of flat plate & tomato rounds inside peppers.
  • Step #4 Cut olives in half & put one half in centre of tomatoes.
  • Step #5 Put Humous mixture in middle of plate-drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with paprika& parsley.
  • Step #6 Serve with toasted pita cut into quarters.
