• 1 c oil .
• 3 c around 6 to 8 apples or pears .
• 3 tsps baking powder .
• 3 tbsps cinnamon .
• 2 c flour .
• 3 tbsps sugar .
• 1/2 c milk .
• 4 eggs .
• 2 c sugar .
• 1 tsp vanilla

• Step #1 Pre-heat the oven to 350F (180C).
• Step #2 Mix together the first seven ingredients.
• Step #3 Pour half the mixture in a 8 X 13 pan.
• Step #4 Cover up with apples or pears.
• Step #5 Pour the other half of the mixture & sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon.
• Step #6 Bake around 30 mins or when a toothpick comes out dry.
• Step #7 Serve with cream or ice cream.
