4 c Mexican mix cheese (I use Sargento brand for this)
Directions
Step #1 In a large bowl, mix the cheese & flour.
Step #2 In a heavy-bottomed saucepan bring the beer to a boil; reduce heat & add in the cheese/flour 1/2 c at a time, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted.
Step #3 Repeat with remaining cheese mixture, stir until thickened DO NOT BOIL.
Step #4 Stir in chiles, cilantro, jalapeno pepper & salt & pepper to taste.
Step #5 Immediately pour the mixture into a glass 8-inch baking dish.
Step #6 Drizzle with taco sauce.
Step #7 Serve as soon as possible, or keep warm in oven.
