Tangy Potato Slices Recipe

Ingredients
  • paprika .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 lb red new potatoes, unpeeled .
  • 1/4 c unsalted butter .
  • 1 c worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/4 c white wine

Directions
  • Step #1 In sauce pan, about 5-8 mins, mix Worcestershire sauce with wine & cook over MED HIGH heat until reduced by half, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #2 Add melted butter; mix & remove this from heat.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile, cut potatoes in 1/4" slices.
  • Step #4 Brush mixture on potato slices.
  • Step #5 As Derf said in a review: WATCH the Potatoes under the Broiler! Sprinkle top with salt, pepper & paprika.
  • Step #6 Broil about 3” from heat(or grill on oil-sprayed grill sheet) for 3 mins, turn; brush with mixture & sprinkle with more spices; & broil for 3 mins more.
