Low-carb Pizza...yummmm Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c mozzarella cheese .
  • 1 low-carb tortilla, wrap (any flavor) .
  • garlic salt (optional) .
  • 1/2 c fresh parmesan cheese (not in the green can!) .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1 small tomato, thinley sliced .
  • pepperoni (about 15 slices..enough to cover pizza)

Directions
  • Step #1 put 1 tbsp olive oil evenly on one side of tortilla,lightly sprinkle with garlic salt(to taste) & place oil side down on a pizza pan.
  • Step #2 put 1 tbsp olive oil on dry side of tortilla & lightly sprinkle with garlic salt(to taste).
  • Step #3 place thinley sliced tomatoe in one layer across tortilla.
  • Step #4 place pepperoni in one layer on top of tomatoes.
  • Step #5 add mozzerella cheese.
  • Step #6 add parmesan cheese.
  • Step #7 Place in preheated 425'oven for 5-7 mins untill cheese is melted.
  • Step #8 turn oven to broil untill golden & bubbly.
  • Step #9 keep a close eye on this pizza, it is very thin & can burn very quickly.
