Pizza 'fondue' -- Fundido-- Recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf French bread .
1/2 tsp garlic, more to taste is ok too .
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated .
2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded or monterey jack cheese or monterey jack pepper cheese .
8 oz pizza sauce .
1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Directions

Step #1 Cut bread into cubes or strips & broil until browned & toasty.
Step #2 Spray a casserole or pie pan with cooking spray.
Step #3 Pour pizza sauce into pan & add seasonings.
Step #4 Stir to mix.
Step #5 Add any 'pizza toppings' you like at this point.
Step #6 See *Note.
Step #7 Top with cheeses.
Step #8 Place dish on bottom rack to cook while bread is browning or microwave until hot & bubbly & cheese is melted.
Step #9 Place under broiler to brown cheese if desired.
Step #10 Dip toasted bread into pan just like fondue! Kids have a blast doing this! Or spoon sauce on plate & dip.
Step #11 Note: Add anything you like to the sauce: chorizo, hamburger, pepperoni, veggies etc.
