Low Carb Hash Brown Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz sliced onions (about 1/2 c) .
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted or softened.) .
  • 12 oz grated fresh cauliflower (about 1/2 medium head) .
  • 4 slices bacon (sliced.) .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet, cook the bacon & onion until they just start to brown.
  • Step #2 Add the cauliflower; cook & stir until the cauliflower is tender & browned all over.
  • Step #3 Add butter every once in awhile through the cooking process to assist with browning.
  • Step #4 Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
