Turkey And Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup .
  • 1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese .
  • 2 c sliced cooked turkey .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 2 c grated monterey jack & cheddar cheese mix .
  • 1/3 c water .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1 (18 oz) package egg noodles .
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots)

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Add frozen vegetables & continue cooking for another 5 min Drain well, set aside.
  • Step #3 Add soup, milk, water, pepper, & cheddar cheese to pan.
  • Step #4 Cook stirring constantly over med-heat/flame, until cheese is melted.
  • Step #5 Stir in Turkey, noodles, & vegetables.
  • Step #6 Heat through.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top parmesan cheese over noodle mixture before serving.
