Ingredients
  • 1 c sweet red wine .
  • 100 g bittersweet chocolate .
  • 2 tsps sugar .
  • 100 g pistachios .
  • 1/4 kg dates .
  • 150 ml Greek yogurt .
  • 1/2 kg strawberries .
  • 1 honeydew melon

Directions
  • Step #1 slice strawberries,dates & cube melon.
  • Step #2 Put all fruit in large bowl & pour wine over,turning fruit once to make sure it is absorbed.
  • Step #3 Marinate for 1-2 hrs.
  • Step #4 Drain fruit & put into serving dish.
  • Step #5 Fold in the yoghurt(mixed with sugar).
  • Step #6 Drizzle melted chocolate over top & sprinkle with pistachios.
  • Step #7 Chill well & serve.
