Mexican Tortilla Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • shredded cheddar cheese .
  • crushed tortilla chips .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • sour cream .
  • sliced green onions .
  • 1 (7 oz) can kernel corn, undrained .
  • 2 (16 oz) jars of favorite chunky salsa .
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans beef broth

Directions
  • Step #1 - In a large pot over med-heat/flame cook ground beef until browned & crumbly.
  • Step #2 - Add salsa, broth & corn.
  • Step #3 Cook until mixture comes to a boil.
  • Step #4 Reduce heat & let simmer just until heated through.
  • Step #5 - Top the soup with all or some of your favorite toppings & enjoy.
