• 3/4 c breadcrumbs .
• 1 egg, beaten .
• 1/3 c onion soup mix .
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef .
• 1 Oxo beef cube, crumbled .
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

• Step #1 Mix all ingredients together well.
• Step #2 Pat into a 1" high rectangle, about 7" by 11" in the centre of a sheet of foil wrap.
• Step #3 Transfer foil wrap into a 9" by 13" pan.
• Step #4 Cut through into 1" squares.
• Step #5 Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
• Step #6 Remove pan from oven & separate squares a little bit, using a spatula or long knife.
• Step #7 Return to oven & bake another 10-15 mins until cooked through.
• Step #8 Drain & cool meatballs (or squares) & freeze on a cookie sheet.
• Step #9 Package up when frozen & use in any recipe calling for meatballs.
• Step #10 (I substitute them for the meat cubes in Oven Mushroom Stew, which I will also be posting today).
