Ingredients
  • 1 c monterey jack cheese, grated .
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese, grated .
  • 1 c American cheese, grated .
  • parsley flakes .
  • 1 loaf French bread

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice french bread in half lengthwise.
  • Step #2 Mix cheeses, mayonnaise, & sliced garlic.
  • Step #3 Spread evenly on both slices of french bread.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with parsley to your taste.
  • Step #5 Wrap a piece of aluminum foil wrap around the bottom & sides of the bread, leaving the top of the two slices uncovered.
  • Step #6 Broil until cheese is bubbly & lightly browned.
