Step #1 Cook fettucini according to package directions.
Step #2 In a large saucepan, melt the butter.
Step #3 Mix in the cream or milk & heat carefully, not allowing it to boil.
Step #4 Add the Gorgonzolo & cream cheese, stirring frequentlly until they are melted & the sauce is smooth.
Step #5 Add freshly ground black pepper.
Step #6 When pasta is al dente, drain it & mix it into the sauce.
Step #7 Toss well to coat the pasta & serve as soon as possible.
Step #8 Pass the grated Parmesan at the table.
