Ingredients
1/4 tsp pepper .
1/4 tsp caraway seeds .
1/4 tsp salt .
1 tbsp paprika .
2 tbsps parsley .
2 tbsps cooking oil .
1 (12 oz) can beer .
3/4 c water .
1 (9 oz) can sauerkraut, not drained .
1 lb stewing beef, cut into 1 cubes .
1 medium onion, sliced .
1/4 c tomato paste .
3 potatoes, cut into 1 cubes
Directions
Step #1 Cook meat & onion in hot cooking oil until the meat is browned in a dutch oven.
Step #2 Add beer, caraway seed, water, paprika, tomato paste, salt & pepper.
Step #3 Cover up & summer for 1 ½ hrs.
Step #4 Add potatoes, parsley & sauerkraut.
Step #5 Cook covered for 30 mins.
