1/3 oz vanilla sugar
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven at 400°F; prepare a baking sheet.
Step #2 Pour the egg whites, sugar & vanilla sugar into a saucepan over med-heat/flame, then start whisking vigourously until they get hot & frothy.
Step #3 Take away from flame & keep whisking until temperature cools down a bit.
