Yogurt Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps paprika .
  • 4 green onions, sliced .
  • 1 1/2 tsps ground cumin .
  • 1-1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 2 tsps sliced fresh rosemary .
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger .
  • 2 c plain low-fat yogurt .
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes .
  • 1 1/2 tsps turmeric .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 2 tsps lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chicken breasts into a baking dish in a sigle layer.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl, green onions, lemon juice, mix the seasonings, & yogurt.
  • Step #3 Pour the yogurt/seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts, turning them over to coat well with the yogurt mixture.
  • Step #4 For best results, cover & chill for a few hrs to allow flavors to mix.
  • Step #5 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step #6 Uncover the chicken & bake for 1 hr or until chicken is done.
