Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps golden syrup
  • 3 1/2 tbsps butter
  • 2 3/4 c cornflakes cereal
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan over low heat/flame, mix the butter, golden syrup & chocolate.
  • Step #2 Cook & stir until butter & chocolate have melted & everything is well mixed.
  • Step #3 Mix in the cornflakes cereal.
  • Step #4 Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto waxed paper or a buttered baking sheet.
  • Step #5 Place in the refrigerator until set, about 15 mins.
