Ingredients
10 slices bacon .
salt & pepper .
1/2-1 tomato, sliced .
4 tbsps Hellmann's mayonnaise .
1/4 c shredded lettuce .
2 bagels
Directions
Step #1 Fry bacon 6-10 mins or until desired crispiness (turn often with tongs).
Step #2 Put the cooked bacon onto paper towels to dry.
Step #3 Meanwhile, slice one bagel in half & toast the halves (until desired 'toastiness').
Step #4 Spread both sides of bagel with mayo.
Step #5 Layer one side of bagel with five slices of the bacon & cover with half the shredded lettuce.
Step #6 Top with a couple slices of tomato.
Step #7 Sprinkle top salt & pepper on other side of bagel & sandwich together.
Step #8 Make the other bagel the same way.
